Great question! In most cases, dashboards configured in Standard Data are updated in real-time, whenever the data arrives safely on our servers. In some more complex dashboards that take over 30 seconds to query, we cache the dashboard so that you don't have to wait too long to make use of your data. This means that the dashboard is not perfectly real-time, but it's very close (within 5 minutes of real-time).
