Sometimes, you will want to delete a form or remove old versions of a form from ODK Collect. Here are the steps to do so:

1. From the home screen, press 'Delete Saved Form':

2. Then press 'Blank Forms' near the top of the screen:

3. Then select the form you need to delete by checking the box next to it, and press 'Delete Selected' near the bottom of the screen:

4. Press 'Delete Forms' to confirm:
